Tonal 墊

Finally a mat that doesn't slide around on hardwood floors during my yoga flows. The added stability lets me hold planks and lunges longer without worrying about slipping.

The cushioning is just right for kneeling exercises—my knees actually feel fine afterward instead of sore. It stays put on hardwood floors without sliding around, so I can focus on my form instead of constantly adjusting.

Kneeling during ab work used to leave my knees aching on the bare floor, but this mat cushions them just enough without feeling squishy. It stays put too, no sliding around mid-plank.
