Tonal 泡棉滾筒

Took this out for a quick leg session after a run and the textured surface really digs into tight spots without being too painful. My calves feel looser and I actually slept better that night.

I’ve been using this roller after evening walks and the way it targets my calves without digging too deep is exactly what my recovery needed. The surface texture feels gentle but effective, and my legs definitely feel looser the next morning.

The density is just right for working out knots in my calves after long runs, and it hasn't flattened or dented after a few months of daily use. I roll out for ten minutes before bed and my legs feel looser the next morning.
