Tonal 訓練椅

I used it for hip thrusters last night and it stayed completely rock-solid, which is a huge upgrade from my wobbly couch cushions. The bench itself has a nice wide base that gives me real confidence during heavy pressing.

The adjustable foot plate makes hip thrusters feel so much more stable than using a couch or box. I've been able to really focus on the movement without worrying about slipping.

I was worried a bench would wobble during bench press, but this thing stays completely solid even when I'm pressing heavy. The pad is firm enough for support yet still comfortable during longer sets. Hip thrusters feel way more stable now too.
