My hips were sore after my first few classes with standard bands, but the ankle straps here stay put without digging in and the loops are thick enough to handle deep lunges.

I was skeptical about the resistance loops being too light, but the latex material has just the right tension for glute work. The bundle covers both mat and standing moves, which makes it versatile for my home workouts.

The ankle straps clip on way easier than the ones I used at my old studio, and they actually stay put during leg lifts. Paired with the loops I can finally hit a full lower-body burn at home without dragging out my reformer.
