Tonal 2

The setup took a bit of time, but once I got the hang of the digital weight system, I’m already feeling more challenged than with my old dumbbells. The personalized guidance in the videos keeps me pushing through every rep.

I was skeptical about dropping this much on home gym equipment, but the on-demand full body workouts actually adjust the resistance automatically mid-set, which I didn't expect to feel so smooth. Two months in and my deadlift form has improved more than it did in a year at a commercial gym.

The expert-led videos kept me honest on form even when I wanted to rush through the sets. Having personalized guidance adjust the weight between reps makes every session feel truly mine. I've never stuck with a workout this long.
