I was surprised by how sturdy the bench feels during chest presses, and the mat has just the right amount of grip to keep me stable. The rope attachment adds a whole new dimension to tricep work too.

The bar control module is the star here - I can dial resistance right from the handle mid-set without breaking form. The strap handles and bench cover enough movements that I've basically got a full gym in my closet now.

The bar control module makes adjusting resistance feel effortless mid-set, which is a game-changer for supersets. Only gripe is the bench padding is a bit firmer than I'd like for longer stretching sessions, but everything else in the kit feels solid.
