トーナル アンクルストラップ

The strap design lets me hit my glutes and hamstrings from angles I couldn’t get with free weights alone, and the tension holds steady through every rep. I’m already feeling the burn after just three sessions, and it’s made my at-home leg day feel way more intentional.

These stay put during cable kickbacks, which is the whole reason I switched from the loop-style ones. The padding is thick enough that my ankles aren't sore the next day, and I can finally feel my hamstrings actually working.

Wore these for my usual side-lying leg lifts and the difference in how my glutes fired up was immediate, the straps keep tension locked in at the perfect angle. They're minimal but they really force those abductors to do all the work, no wasted motion.
